We ship pan-India with reliable partners and aim to delight you with timely delivery.

1. Shipping Times

  • Dispatch within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery within 3–7 business days depending on location.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,499.

  • ₹80 flat fee below that. COD available for select pincodes.

3. Delays

While we strive for punctuality, delays due to weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We’ll keep you informed.

4. Returns

Refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy seperately.We promise a safe journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across all serviceable pincodes in India. International shipping will be introduced soon.

 

 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

 

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free for prepaid orders above ₹1,499.

  • COD charge: ₹50. (COD available on eligible pincodes)

  • ₹80 for orders below the free shipping threshold.

 

 

4. Packaging Details

  • Tamper-evident packaging.

  • Jewelry is placed in a soft velvet pouch, along with:

    • Product authenticity certificate

    • Care instructions

    • Polishing cloth

 

 

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If undelivered after 2 attempts, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

 

 

6. Damaged in Transit

  • If your product arrives visibly tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

 

 

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, national holidays, or logistics partner issues, though we will assist in resolution.
