We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’ll make it better.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • We do not accept returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons) or custom-sized items.

2. Exchanges

  • You can exchange for a different product or store credit.

  • Exchange shipping is free for the first instance.

3. Refunds

  • Once the product is received and verified, refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

4. Return Process

  • Email us at support@corgema.com with your order number and reason.

  • Our team will coordinate pickup and process your request.

We’re committed to your satisfaction. Every Corgema piece is made with care — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

 


 

1. General Return Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

  • Product must be in original condition, unworn, with packaging and authentication certificate.

  • Once verified, you can choose between a replacement, refund, or store credit.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Earrings, nose pins (for hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or engraved jewelry.

  • Gift cards or special promotional bundles (unless damaged).

 


 

3. Process

  1. Email support@corgema.com with order number and reason for return.

  2. Attach photos of the product (especially for defects/damages).

  3. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (wherever serviceable).

  4. Refund/store credit initiated post-inspection.

 


 

4. Refund Timelines

  • Processed within 2 business days after inspection.

  • Refunded via original payment mode within 5–7 working days.

  • Store credit is instant after approval and valid for 6 months.

 


 

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, standard return process applies.
